**Trainer**:Our trainer is MBA, CFA (US), and has15+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Valuations, Financial Modelling, M&A consulting Funding, Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA), Due Diligence, Business Planning & Investor Pitch deck preparation.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Improving there spoken and written English
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, including lectures, discussions, role-plays, case studies, simulations, and group exercises.
- Conduct interactive training sessions and workshops to deliver the soft skills curriculum to students
- Use a variety of teaching methods like presentations, role-plays, group activities, and discussions to ensure effective learning and engagement.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to students who require personalized assistance in developing specific soft skills.
- Offer guidance, feedback, and strategies to help them improve their communication, leadership, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Assess the current proficiency levels of students in soft skills through assessments, tests, or interviews.
- Monitor and evaluate their progress throughout the training program and provide constructive feedback to help them track their growth.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, motivation, and collaboration among students.
- Implement strategies to enhance student engagement and ensure their long-term commitment to soft skills development.

The training will cover various topics, including:

- Personal Interviews (PI)
- Body Language
- Customized Interview Scripting
- Interpersonal Skills
- Ensuring individual outcomes for each attendee

The trainer will be responsible for developing all content materials, including PowerPoint presentations, activities, and role plays. Additionally, personalized training sessions will be provided to each participant during the final stage of interview preparation.

The training program will accommodate approximately 25-30 offline participants. The working days for the training will be Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, with Thursday designated as the weekly off.

**Qualifications and Skills required**:
Graduation and Post Graduation

Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Marathi) and Management skills Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with students. Patience and empathy to work with students at various skill levels.

Ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions. Proficiency in assessing and evaluating students' progress.

Knowledge of industry trends and demands related to soft skills. Collaboration skills to work with academic faculty and other stakeholders.

Continuous learning mindset and willingness to enhance skills.

Relevant experience in soft skills training is preferred but not mandatory.
