**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct soft skills training sessions on communication, time management, conflict resolution, team collaboration, and leadership.
- Customize training programs based on individual and organizational needs.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Continuously update training material to align with current trends and best practices.
- Develop training schedules and manage logistics for sessions.
- Offer coaching and one-on-one support as needed.
