**Job Title**: Soft Skill Trainer
**Location**: Goregaon East, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct soft skills training sessions on communication, time management, conflict resolution, team collaboration, and leadership.
- Customize training programs based on individual and organizational needs.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Continuously update training material to align with current trends and best practices.
- Develop training schedules and manage logistics for sessions.
- Offer coaching and one-on-one support as needed.
- Prepare and submit training reports to HR or management.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Soft Skills Trainer.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage diverse teams and foster a learning culture.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Immediate availability to join.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certified soft skills training programs or courses.
- Familiarity with corporate training methodologies and frameworks.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
