**Key Responsibilities**:
**Conduct training sessions on soft skills.**
- Presentation Skills
- Guide students on how to create professional resumes
- Interview Preparation: Provide insights and strategies for successful interviews
- Interpersonal Skills
- Train students on clear and effective verbal and written communication, active listening, and non-verbal cues.
- Design and develop training materials such as handouts, presentations, and guides tailored to each session.
- Assess training needs through mocks and feedback
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make improvements based on students feedback and learning outcomes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role.
- Experience up to 3 years
- Strong expertise in presentation skills, resume building, interview techniques, and communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to different learning styles and needs.
- Ability to create engaging, interactive training content.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using training software or digital platforms (preferred).

**Educational Requirements**:

- Certification in soft skills training or relevant areas is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹500.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
