
Tally Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Technical & Functional Support: Provide support for Tally ERP/Prime software, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
- Installation & Configuration: Assist with the installation, setup, and configuration of Tally software for new and existing clients.
- Training & Onboarding: Conduct training sessions for new users to help them effectively utilize Tally features.
- Remote & On-site Support: Solve customer problems through telephone and remote access, as well as by visiting customer locations.
- Documentation: Maintain records of support activities and issues for future reference.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, effective, and quality service.
- Sales Support: Work with the sales team to prepare and conduct technical software demonstrations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Product Knowledge: Deep, hands-on knowledge of Tally software.
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical software issues.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical information to clients.
- Customer Service: A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality service.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to identify root causes of issues.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field is often preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹120, ₹180,000.00 per year
