**Role Description**

As a Tally Support Executive, you will be responsible for delivering functional and technical support for Tally and allied products to Soft-Tech’s clients. The role requires understanding client queries, troubleshooting Tally issues, handling installations/upgrades, and conducting user training. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of Tally solutions for clients.

**Qualifications**

**Must Have**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.

**Good to Have**:

- Certification in Tally software.
- Diploma/Certification in ERP support or IT systems.

**Experience**

**Must Have**:

- 1-3 years of experience in Tally support / ERP support / IT helpdesk.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime (installation, troubleshooting, data migration, user support).

**Good to Have**:

- Experience in handling Tally customization requirements.
- Exposure to TDL (Tally Definition Language).
- Experience in training end-users.

**Key Skills**

**Must Have**:

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime (functional & basic technical aspects).
- Understanding of accounting principles & GST compliance.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fair knowledge of accounting concepts, including:

- Trial Balance / Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss
- GST, TDS, TCS compliance
- Bank Reconciliation
- MSME Regulations

**Good to Have**:

- Familiarity with TDL scripting/customization.
- Knowledge of SQL databases & data backup/restoration.
- Experience in ERP support for SMEs/MSMEs.
- Understanding of business scenarios in Trading, Manufacturing, Export/Import, Local, and Forex transactions.
- Knowledge of Connected Solutions in Tally Prime 6.x.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide functional & technical support for Tally Prime users.
- Handle installation, activation, licensing, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Address GST, accounting, and compliance-related queries in Tally.
- Conduct client training sessions and webinars for Tally users.
- Ensure timely response & resolution of customer tickets.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support cases and resolutions.
- Collaborate with Tally development/customization teams when required.

Pay: ₹10,074.34 - ₹35,000.00 per month
