Tally Support Executive

We are looking for a Tally Support Engineers who would offer technical assistance and support to clients using Tally software and resolve the issue by visiting our client location. Additionally, you'll engage with clients to understand their needs, conduct thorough training sessions, and ensure the seamless operation of Tally software. In situations where complexities arise, collaboration with the customer's Key Account Manager for the effective issue resolution.
**Job Location** : Andheri
**Qualification** : B.Com / BMS/ BBA / B.sc
**Requirement**:
- Academic qualification should be minimum 60%
- Must complete Tally course Basic Account knowledge is must
**Salary** : 15K-20K +Incentive
**Responsibilities**:
- Installing our products at client sites.
- Visiting clients to assist with any issues they have with Tally software
- Finding and fixing technical problems in Tally software.
- Assisting clients in installing, setting up, and adjusting Tally software.
- Providing training sessions to help clients understand and use Tally more effectively.
- Working closely with the technical team to handle and solve complicated issues.
- Keeping records of your talks with clients, the technical problems, and the solutions you offer.
- Advising clients on the best ways to use Tally software and suggesting improvements.
- Staying updated on the latest features, updates, and changes in Tally software.
- Learning about customers' systems to understand their needs.
- If needed, discussing issues with the customer's sales coordinator.
- Require to take confirmation from the customer about the work
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
