**Job Purpose**:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including expense booking, vendor invoices, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records in **Tally**. The role ensures timely and correct recording of expenses and supports the overall financial operations of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and book day-to-day expenses, vendor bills, and employee reimbursements in Tally.
- Verify bills, supporting documents, and approvals before expense booking.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents for audit purposes.
- Process vendor and supplier payments as per due dates.
- Prepare and maintain records of petty cash, staff advances, and expense claims.
- Assist in bank reconciliations, supplier reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely collection and verification of expense documents.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Generate reports related to expenses, payables, and outstanding balances as required.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **Tally ERP / Tally Prime**.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and expense management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounts, with hands-on exposure to **Tally**.
- Prior experience in expense booking, payables, or general accounting is essential.

Pay: ₹10,422.51 - ₹32,017.19 per month
