**Job Summary**:
The Claims Executive will be responsible for managing vendor claims, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of vendor accounts, processing credit notes, and handling any discrepancies in claims to maintain smooth vendor relationships. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of finance, vendor management, and excellent problem-solving abilities in the fast-paced IT distribution industry.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounts, claims, or vendor management in the IT distribution or a similar industry.
- Skills:

- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the IT distribution industry.
- Familiarity with vendor claims processes and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
