Job Summary: The SQL Support Executive with Tally Experience is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients regarding both Tally and SQL (Structured Query Language) database-related issues. The individual in this role will primarily focus on Tally-related tasks, allocating approximately 70% of their time to Tally responsibilities, and the remaining 30% to SQL-related tasks. The SQL Support Executive will collaborate with clients to understand their Tally and SQL requirements, troubleshoot and resolve database problems, and ensure efficient data management. This position requires a strong knowledge of Tally software, SQL, database systems, and exceptional problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in Tally software installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their Tally requirements, analyze data structures, and provide recommendations for optimization and performance enhancement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tally software issues, including data entry errors, report generation problems, and software compatibility conflicts.
- Execute Tally queries and commands to retrieve and manipulate data based on client requirements.
- Develop and maintain Tally reports, customizations, and workflows to support client needs.
- Conduct Tally data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Provide guidance and training to clients on Tally best practices, data entry, and financial management.
- Monitor Tally software performance and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for optimizations.
- Assist clients in migrating data from other systems to Tally and ensure seamless integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of Tally software with other systems.
- Allocate approximately 30% of time to SQL-related tasks, including providing SQL technical support, executing SQL queries, troubleshooting SQL database issues, and optimizing SQL performance.
