Tally Support Executive

About the Role

At Soft-Tech Computers Pvt Ltd, a certified Tally Partner and IT solutions provider, we're looking for a Tally Support Executive who loves solving problems, enjoys client interaction, and can make accounting software feel effortless for our customers.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our clients when it comes to Tally Prime and allied products. From handling installations and upgrades to resolving day-to-day queries and training users—you'll ensure that our clients get the most out of their Tally solutions. Think of yourself as the bridge between clients and smooth business operations.

What You'll Do

• Provide functional and technical support for Tally Prime users.
• Handle installation, activation, licensing, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve accounting and compliance-related queries (GST, TDS, TCS, MSME regulations, etc.).
• Conduct training sessions, webinars, and seminars to help users adopt Tally effectively.
• Ensure timely responses and closure of customer tickets.
• Maintain clear documentation of support cases and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Tally development/customization teams when needed.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Tally/ERP support or IT helpdesk.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime (installation, troubleshooting, data migration, user support).
• Strong knowledge of:
• Trial Balance / Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss
• GST, TDS, TCS concepts
• Bank Reconciliation
• MSME Regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and client communication skills.
• Ability to support clients via phone, email, and onsite visits.

Good to Have:

• Tally certification or diploma in ERP support/IT systems.
• Experience in handling Tally customization and familiarity with TDL (Tally Definition Language).
• Knowledge of SQL databases and data backup/restoration.
• Exposure to ERP support for SMEs/MSMEs.
• Awareness of business process differences (Trading, Manufacturing, Export, Import, Forex, Local transactions).
• Knowledge of Connected Solutions in TP 6.x.
• Prior experience in training end-users.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹192, ₹300,000.00 per year
