**Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic **Tally Sales & Support Executive** to handle sales, implementation, and support for Tally ERP software. The role involves understanding client requirements, demonstrating Tally solutions, closing sales, and providing post-sales support, including troubleshooting and training.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and approach potential clients for Tally software.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Tally solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships.

**Implementation & Support**:

- Install and configure Tally software for clients.
- Provide user training and explain Tally features and functionalities.
- Coordinate with the technical team for escalations and customizations.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and support provided.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of **Tally ERP9 / TallyPrime**.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GST, VAT, TDS preferred).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Tally ERP or equivalent.
- Experience in software sales or accounting software support.
- Familiarity with other ERP systems will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
