Role Title:
Tally Support ExecutiveRole

QualificationsMust Have:
Bachelor’s degree (any field).

Good to Have:
Bachelor’s in Commerce, Accounting, or similar field.
Professional Tally Certification.ExperienceMust Have:
1-3 years of experience in customer support or software support, ideally related to Tally or accounting software.

Good to Have:
Experience working in B2B environments, especially in software consultation or sales.Key SkillsMust Have:
1. Proficient in Tally installation, troubleshooting, and core features.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
3. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
4. 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably with accounting software.

Good to Have:
1.Tally Certification.
2. Basic accounting knowledge or a finance-related background.
3. Experience providing commercial or consultative solutions to clients.
4. Background in B2B software sales or consulting.Key Responsibilities1. Assist customers with Tally installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
3. Conduct onboarding and training sessions to help users understand and maximize Tally’s functionalities.
4. Maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
5. Document and track customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
6. Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Tally.
7. Provide commercial solutions and consultative support to B2B clients, where applicable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
