Job Role: Regional Sales Manager

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Experience in B2B Capex sales.
  • Coordinate with internal department to prepare, manage & review technical and commercial offers.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region to generate revenue by accomplishing order booking targets.
  • Ensure end to end support to Projects department in execution of the orders
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Locate new uses and markets for products and recommend sales development strategies for them.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by extensive in-person visits, attending conferences, etc.
  • Provide market input to business management to support new product development, product improvement and entry into new or emerging markets.
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills and negotiation skills
  • Ability to draft & review techno commercial documents.
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Should travel as per the requirement
