Job Title: House Manager

Location: Kolkata (Candidates from Kolkata or open to relocation will be preferred)

Role Overview:

An esteemed private family is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the smooth running of their residence. The candidate must have prior experience working in a private household setup and demonstrate the ability to manage staff, operations, and family requirements with utmost professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the household.
  • Supervise, train, and schedule household staff to ensure high service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the residence.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor household inventory, groceries, and supplies.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and family logistics.
  • Develop and implement household SOPs for better efficiency.
  • Ensure confidentiality, security, and privacy at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a private household setup is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in house management or luxury hospitality.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Candidates from Kolkata or willing to relocate will be preferred.
  • High standards of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
