We are now looking for Associate Managers – Sales in Kolkata to lead dynamic sales teams and drive exponential growth.
Your Role & Impact
As an Associate Manager – Sales, you will:
- Lead & Inspire Teams: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Associates to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Own Revenue Growth: Drive end-to-end sales performance across B2C funnels (L1 Workshops → L2 Premium Programs → L3 Ultra-Premium).
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Track metrics, optimize conversion ratios, and implement strategies to maximize productivity and revenue.
- Customer Success Focus: Ensure every learner gets a consultative, empathetic sales experience aligned with their career goals.
- Performance Coaching: Provide real-time feedback, conduct call audits, and groom BDAs for fast-track career growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure lead quality, smooth processes, and consistent customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 3–6 years in B2C inside sales; prior EdTech exposure is a strong advantage. At least 1 year in a team leadership role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English; confident presenter.
- Sales Drive: Proven record of exceeding sales targets with resilience and agility.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to coach teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Location Preference: Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
