Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Student Counselor
with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting with leads, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward the right course at Epixable Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential students from generated leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Counsel students and parents regarding course details, career opportunities, and admission process.
  • Understand the students' interests and recommend the most suitable program (Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or Motion Graphics).
  • Maintain proper follow-up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead updates and campaign improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Student Counselor or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills (English & Kannada preferred).
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing or Creative Design fields.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
  • Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
