Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Mysore. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling, guiding students in career development and management, and offering career advice. Daily tasks include one-on-one counseling sessions, creating development plans, assisting with resume building and job search strategies, and conducting workshops and seminars.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Career Counseling, Student Counseling
  • Skills in Career Development and Career Management
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in academic or career services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
