**Job Overview**:As an Admission Counselor specializing in NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) and JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) at our coaching institute, you will play a crucial role in guiding and assisting prospective students through the admission process. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive information about our programs, address inquiries, and support students in making informed decisions regarding their educational goals in the field of medical and engineering entrance exams.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Guidance**:Provide detailed information about NEET and JEE courses offered by the institute.
Guide students on the eligibility criteria, exam patterns, and admission procedures.
Assist students in understanding the relevance of the courses to their career aspirations.

**Admissions Process**:Manage the end-to-end admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
Explain admission requirements, deadlines, and any necessary documentation.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

**Counseling**:Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and their parents.
Understand individual student needs and provide personalized guidance.
Address concerns and queries related to the courses and admission.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information related to admissions.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, interactions, and admissions data.
Generate reports to track admission trends and areas for improvement.

**Events and Workshops**:Participate in and organize events, workshops, and seminars to promote the institute's programs.
Represent the institute at education fairs and other relevant events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in admissions counseling, preferably in the context of NEET and JEE.
- Strong knowledge of the NEET and JEE examination processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on student success.
