Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Sr. Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to increase revenue. Additionally, the role includes market research, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. The manager will also track and report on sales metrics and performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
  • Strong skills in market research, contract negotiation, and sales metrics tracking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in the EdTech sector is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
