Position Overview:
We are hiring a
Business Development Executive
to support our client acquisition and revenue growth goals. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and converting leads into loyal clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated professional with strong communication and persuasion skills.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Any Graduate - Experience:
6 months to 2 years in sales, business development, or client servicing - Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English and Hindi
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels
- Approach prospects and explain company offerings
- Convince potential clients to engage with our services
- Convert leads into active business clients
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed business development targets
Skills Required:
- Fluent English and strong communication skills
- Excellent follow-up practices and client handling
- Convincing and negotiation skills
