Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
NPD Executive
to support the development and launch of new products. The ideal candidate will assist in the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to market launch, ensuring alignment with brand standards and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Support the ideation and conceptualization of new products based on market research and consumer insights.
Assist in creating product briefs, specifications, and development timelines.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure smooth product development.
Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Assist in product testing, quality checks, and packaging development.
Maintain documentation of product development processes and reports.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for successful product launches.
Monitor post-launch performance and gather feedback for product improvement.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and research skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to understand consumer trends and market dynamics.
Basic knowledge of product development processes and timelines.
Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or related field
(Masters in cosmetology) Preferred.
1–3 years of experience
in product development, merchandising, or related roles (freshers with internships may also apply).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of market research and product analysis is a plus.
