Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
NPD Executive

to support the development and launch of new products. The ideal candidate will assist in the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to market launch, ensuring alignment with brand standards and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the ideation and conceptualization of new products based on market research and consumer insights.

  • Assist in creating product briefs, specifications, and development timelines.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure smooth product development.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends to identify new opportunities.

  • Assist in product testing, quality checks, and packaging development.

  • Maintain documentation of product development processes and reports.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for successful product launches.

  • Monitor post-launch performance and gather feedback for product improvement.

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to understand consumer trends and market dynamics.

  • Basic knowledge of product development processes and timelines.

  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or related field

  • (Masters in cosmetology) Preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience

in product development, merchandising, or related roles (freshers with internships may also apply).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Knowledge of market research and product analysis is a plus.
