forget screens and fall in love with hands-on play

We're scaling fast and looking for a
Head of NPD
who can
innovate, build, and lead our product development team
to create India's next iconic toy brands.

What You'll Do

  • Own the NPD Charter
    – From concept to market launch across Montessori, Plush, and STEM categories.
  • Lead & Inspire
    – Build and guide a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and R&D specialists.
  • Innovate Relentlessly
    – Spot global trends, consumer insights, and IP opportunities to create toys that wow parents and kids.
  • Prototype & Test
    – Drive rapid prototyping, user testing, and iteration cycles.
  • Scale Manufacturing
    – Work closely with factories, sourcing, and QC teams to ensure feasibility, safety, and compliance.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    – Partner with marketing, operations, and licensing to bring products to life.
  • IP & Differentiation
    – Build defensible product pipelines that stand out in the market.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience
    leading NPD teams
    or projects from 0→1.
  • Strong eye for
    design, safety, and user-centric innovation
    .
  • Comfortable working in
    fast-paced, high-growth D2C environments
    .
  • Knowledge of
    child-safety certifications
    and toy industry standards is a plus.
  • Creative thinker + problem solver with a "builder" mindset.
