Role Description

The Sales Executive role at SR Primes is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, conducting sales presentations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, and participation in sales meetings. The role also involves coordinating with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, client relationship management, and market research
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment and staffing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
