Job Title: Industrial Sales Executive Job Summary

The Industrial Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned region by cultivating strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and executing effective sales strategies. This role involves frequent client interactions, market research, and collaboration with the sales team to achieve organizational targets. Training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular client visits to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Understand client requirements, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth operations and timely execution of initiatives.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data to generate insights for strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Gender Preference: Male candidates only
  • Qualification: Minimum Diploma (Engineering/Business preferred)
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in B2B field sales (industrial sales preferred)
  • Job Timing: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Willingness to Travel: Frequent travel to client locations as required

Salary

₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
