Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Executive. The individual in this role will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, and account management. Daily tasks will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing and maintaining client accounts, and ensuring excellent client communication and service delivery. The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving company growth and achieving business targets.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Experience in Business Development and Account Management
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the staffing/recruitment industry is a plus
