What You'll Do (PLEASE READ):

  • Handle end-to-end outreach via LinkedIn and email, from
    finding quality leads to sending personalised messages, following up , and locking in meetings
    .
  • Manage the lead software
    , update Excel sheets , maintain progress.
  • Create and post
    3–4 engaging LinkedIn posts
    per week to keep our brand visible and credible.
  • Plan and execute
    monthly email campaigns
    (ideation → drafting → testing → reporting).
  • Coordinate with our Founder for meeting setups (onsite or virtual), calendar smooth and stacked
  • Do
    manual follow-ups and the occasional cold call
    when needed.
  • Keep
    improving our outreach and email templates
    weekly, we love progress ;)
  • Prepare
    weekly and monthly reports for engagement
    , replies, and lead performance.
  • Engage with prospects on LinkedIn (comment, congratulate, & build genuine connections)
  • Collaborate with the design team
    to turn your ideas into scroll-stopping posts and campaigns.

You're Someone Who:

  • Has
    2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing
    , outreach, or LinkedIn lead generation.
  • Writes
    crisp, confident emails and messages in ENGLISH
    (you'll be talking to CXOs & managers daily).
  • Knows your way around
    Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Is comfortable sending
    cold DMs, follow-ups, and even hopping on a quick call.
  • Has a
    basic sense of design
    (Canva familiarity = bonus points).
  • Lives in
    Delhi NCR
    and is available for on-site work.
  • Is organized, proactive, and just doesn't drop the ball.

  2. Can turn data into actionable insights (and maybe even pretty charts).
  3. Bring memes or ideas that make the team laugh between meetings.
  4. Want to grow fast, experiment, and own a process end-to-end.
