Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Marketing Specialist located in Delhi, India. The B2B Marketing Specialist will manage daily tasks including developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, enhancing customer service, and facilitating effective communication within the sales team. The role also involves liaising with clients to meet their travel needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless experience through top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy
  • Proven Experience
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in marketing (preferably in travel, hospitality, or service industry)
