Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Media located in New Delhi, with some work from home acceptable. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities include managing budget allocations, monitoring campaign performance, and generating reports. The role also involves collaboration with content creators, utilizing web analytics for data-driven decisions, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Web Analytics
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience with paid media campaigns and budget management
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret data-driven insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
