Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to drive the execution of a strategic B2B marketing plan. This role focuses on acquiring new experts, expanding partnerships with platforms and publishers, engaging enterprises, and building relationships with universities. The ideal candidate will also enhance Starweavers brand recognition through innovative marketing strategies, public relations, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing Planning and Execution

Summary:

Develop and implement a results-driven B2B marketing strategy to achieve yearly, quarterly and monthly goals, including SME (Subject Matter Expert) acquisition and partnerships with platforms, enterprises, and universities. Align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure measurable outcomes.

Key Activities:

  • Craft and execute a marketing plan targeting 50+ SME (Subject Matter Expert) registrations monthly.
  • Identify and secure collaborations with platforms and publishers for course creation.
  • Develop strategies to attract enterprises for custom e-learning solutions.
  • Build outreach plans for universities seeking online content development support.
  • Establish KPIs and use analytics to refine strategies for optimal performance.

2. Relationship Development and Management

Summary:

Foster and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including platforms, enterprises, and universities, ensuring Starweaver is positioned as a leading content creator and partner.

Key Activities:

  • Establish trust with potential and existing partners, highlighting Starweavers' scalability and expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with client needs.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with platforms to expand the company's reach.
  • Use strategic communication to position Starweaver as a thought leader in the e-learning space.

3. B2B Content Marketing and Branding

Summary:

Enhance Starweavers brand recognition through innovative public relations campaigns, high-quality promotional materials, and targeted digital marketing efforts.

Key Activities:

  • Oversee the production of engaging marketing assets, including videos, infographics, and case studies.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, podcasts, and webinars.
  • Manage targeted paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms, including LinkedIn and Google.
  • Implement strategies that position Starweaver as a trusted and recognizable brand globally.

4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis

Summary:

Leverage market insights to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages, ensuring Starweaver remains at the forefront of the e-learning industry.

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand emerging e-learning needs.
  • Analyse competitor strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Develop reports and actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.

5. Team Leadership and Collaboration

Lead marketing initiatives while fostering collaboration across teams to achieve marketing goals. Guide junior team members and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Work closely with product, content production, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Mentor junior marketing team members, providing feedback and skill development opportunities.

  • Manage All Online Digital Assets and Presence

Oversee the management, development, and optimization of Starweaver's digital presence, ensuring that all online assets, including the website, social media channels, and podcast series, effectively communicate the brand and drive engagement with target audiences. This responsibility ensures Starweaver maintains a strong, cohesive, and impactful online presence that supports its growth goals across all key audiences.

Key Activities:

  • Website Management:

  • Lead the development, maintenance, and updates of the Starweaver website, ensuring a user-friendly, visually appealing, and content-rich experience.

  • Optimize the website for SEO to enhance visibility and organic traffic.
  • Monitor website analytics to assess performance and implement improvements.

  • Social Media Channels:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with audiences across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

  • Create and schedule regular posts, including promotional content, thought leadership articles, and engagement-driven campaigns.
  • Track social media metrics to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Video and Audio Podcast Series:

  • Plan and manage the production of Starweavers podcast series, focusing on themes relevant to the e-learning and technology industries.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and guest speakers to create insightful and engaging episodes.
  • Promote podcast episodes through social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.

  • Content Consistency:

  • Ensure all digital assets align with Starweavers brand identity and messaging guidelines.

  • Regularly review and update content across platforms to maintain relevance and impact.

  • Collaboration with Teams:

  • Work closely with designers, content creators, and external vendors to ensure the quality and timeliness of digital deliverables.

  • Align digital strategies with overarching marketing and business objectives.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the e-learning or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including lead generation and account-based marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
