Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive international B2B sales for our software testing services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT service sales and a proven ability to generate, qualify, and close leads in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
  • Generate and qualify B2B leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calls.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Achieve sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT service sales.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international market sales.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, QA, and testing services (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹5–6 LPA (based on experience and skills).
