IT Sales Executive

**Job Title: Appointment Setter/Cold Caller**
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists or databases.
- Introduce our SAAS products/services to prospects and generate interest through effective communication.
- Identify decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and determine their potential as prospects.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Continuously refine calling scripts and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or cold calling, preferably in a SAAS or technology-related industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using it to track and manage leads.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving strategies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
