Maintains relationships with clients by providing support , information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends , market activities and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting , analyzing and summarizing information. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Demonstrate to leverage best practices and offer insight into client business and industry verticals.
Maintain credibility through best practices knowledge in Sales Enablement space. Determine , resolve and communicate technical and business presales issues to presales management. Prepares and maintain demos.
Develop job related expertise and communication skills.
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements , assesses customers met and unmet needs , and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm. Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm.
Adapts solutions , as necessary , to ensure appropriate support. Coordinates closely with internal sales , sales support and service resources to align solution design with customers? business requirements.
