Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Team Lead, located in Bengaluru. The Presales Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the presales team, developing and implementing presales strategies, and communicating effectively with marketing and sales team members. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales teams, monitoring team performance, and ensuring that the team meets its targets and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in presales and leads Management
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2 years of Experience as a presales lead in the real estate industry is a must
