We are a leading organization specializing in Audio-Video Control and Integration Solutions, delivering customized systems for Auditoriums, Conference Rooms, Educational Institutions, Hospitality Projects, and Commercial Spaces.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in building material, architectural, or interior sectors — someone who has strong connections with Architects, Interior Designers, MEP, ELV, and Lift Contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Audio-Video and Control System solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Contractors, ELV Contractors, and Lift Contractors.
  • Present customized AV and automation solutions to consultants and clients, ensuring alignment with project needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project estimation, design proposals, and technical support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement and market follow-up.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities within the AV and building integration domain.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in building materials, architecture, or interior industry.
  • Strong networking ability with consultants, architects, and project decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel across Kerala for business development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
