Customer Support Executive (UK Region)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes across the UK
- Communicate effectively with customers and drivers to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Analyze route efficiency and performance metrics to identify improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately
Requirements:
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication and customer handling abilities
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computers, including MS Office, CRM tools, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle escalations professionally
- Quick learner with adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Preferred: Experience in route planning and optimization (especially for UK or US regions)
Additional Details:
- This is a late evening or night shift role to align with UK working hours
