Customer Support Advisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Assistance**:
- Assist customers with product or service issues, troubleshooting, and general questions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Identify and resolve customer issues or concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
- Follow up on open cases and ensure timely closure of all customer issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff or management as needed.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and relevant advice.
- Communicate any product or service changes or updates to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- **Customer Relationship Building**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, patience, and a focus on resolution.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide feedback on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to processes or products.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to improve team performance.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
- Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, or call center software is a plus.
- Excellent listening skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Pay: From ₹21,000.00 per month
