1. Sales & Distribution Management

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (primary & secondary).
  • Implement company sales strategies to maximize territory performance.
  • Ensure effective distribution coverage and outlet expansion.
  • Monitor stock levels, order processing, and timely product replenishment.

2. Distributor & Channel Management

  • Appoint and manage distributors as per company policy.
  • Monitor distributor ROI, claim settlements, and working capital.
  • Ensure proper implementation of distributor management systems (DMS/ERP).
  • Conduct regular distributor reviews and business planning sessions.

3. Market Development

  • Identify potential markets and new business opportunities.
  • Execute trade marketing activities and visibility drives.
  • Ensure product placement and planogram adherence across outlets.
  • Gather competitor intelligence and market feedback.

4. Team Management

  • Supervise and motivate Sales Executives / Sales Representatives (SRs).
  • Conduct field coaching, joint market visits, and performance reviews.
  • Build a high-performing sales team through training and goal setting.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate sales data and submit timely reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Analyze sales trends, territory performance, and identify gaps.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and finance teams for smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
