Territory Sales Manager

1. Sales & Distribution Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (primary & secondary).
- Implement company sales strategies to maximize territory performance.
- Ensure effective distribution coverage and outlet expansion.
- Monitor stock levels, order processing, and timely product replenishment.
2. Distributor & Channel Management
- Appoint and manage distributors as per company policy.
- Monitor distributor ROI, claim settlements, and working capital.
- Ensure proper implementation of distributor management systems (DMS/ERP).
- Conduct regular distributor reviews and business planning sessions.
3. Market Development
- Identify potential markets and new business opportunities.
- Execute trade marketing activities and visibility drives.
- Ensure product placement and planogram adherence across outlets.
- Gather competitor intelligence and market feedback.
4. Team Management
- Supervise and motivate Sales Executives / Sales Representatives (SRs).
- Conduct field coaching, joint market visits, and performance reviews.
- Build a high-performing sales team through training and goal setting.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate sales data and submit timely reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Analyze sales trends, territory performance, and identify gaps.
- Coordinate with supply chain and finance teams for smooth operations.
