Job Summary:

The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales of Boche Tea products within the assigned territory. The role involves effective distribution management, retailer engagement, and ensuring visibility and availability of products across all sales channels. The candidate must have a strong FMCG background with hands-on experience in field sales, channel development, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (primary and secondary).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists to ensure continuous product availability.
  • Identify new market opportunities, expand retail coverage, and strengthen the brand's presence in the assigned area.
  • Execute trade marketing and promotional activities to enhance product visibility and consumer awareness.
  • Regularly visit the market to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Coordinate with the distribution team for smooth order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, daily reports, and market feedback for management review.
  • Ensure proper merchandising, shelf display, and point-of-sale branding at outlets.
  • Train and motivate distributor salesmen to improve performance and achieve sales objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with company sales policies, pricing, and credit guidelines.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of FMCG sales channels (general trade, modern trade, and wholesale).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel extensively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
