Sales Executive

ADHYA GLOBAL SOLAR SOLUTIONS is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing solar energy division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, conducting site visits, assessing client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and wish to build a rewarding career in the solar industry. Freshers with strong communication skills and a learning mindset are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client meetings and site assessments to evaluate solar installation feasibility.
- Promote and market solar power solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for surveys, design, and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site reports, and customer communications.
- Submit project and paperwork details to concerned authorities as required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the solar sector.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Plus Two/ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Electrical Engineering/ Any Degree or related field.
Experience: 0–2 years (freshers can also apply).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site assessments.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy systems preferred.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler license.
