I am excited to announce that we are looking for a dynamic Executive Sales Manager to join our team in the Kollam region.

About the Role:
As an Executive Sales Manager in the insurance/bancassurance field, you will drive sales, build strong relationships, and ensure sustained business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers.
  • Generate your own leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Take presentations to clients and partners with confidence and clarity.
  • Focus on policy renewals and issuance to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in insurance and bancassurance products.

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in insurance, financial services, or bancassurance.
  • Flexible to travel across the Kollam region.
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and passionate about sales.
  • 2 wheeler/ 4 wheeler mandatory
