Working hours
- Full-time role - 11AM - 8PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage budgets and track ROAS/CPA goals.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements.
- Work with content/creative teams to develop ad creatives and scripts.
- Report performance weekly with clear insights + recommendations.
- Stay updated on latest platform policies and ad strategies.
KPIs:
- Cost per lead / cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Lead quality (conversion rate from lead → sales).
- Scalability (ability to spend more while maintaining efficiency).
2. Skills & Experience:
- Meta Ads: Campaign structuring, retargeting, CAPI, lookalike audiences.
- YouTube Ads: Campaign setup in Google Ads, skippable vs non-skippable, funnel strategy.
- LinkedIn Ads: B2B targeting, lead forms, message ads, conversation ads.
- Data-driven mindset (comfortable with dashboards, Google Analytics, attribution).
- Strong copywriting sense (to test hooks & messaging).
- Experience managing ₹5L–₹20L/month ad spends (or higher).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60, ₹100,000.00 per month
