**Job Description: Junior Facebook Ads Buyer (Work from Home)**

**Position: Junior Facebook Ads Buyer**

**Expirience-6months+**

**Location: Remote/Hybrid - Chennai Preferred**

**Duration: 5 days per week**

**Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹24,000/month**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage and Optimize Facebook Conversion Ads**: Focus on handling minimum budgets of ₹5-10 Lakhs/month in Facebook conversion campaigns.
- **Analyze Ad Performance**: Assist in analyzing ads for improved ROI and effectiveness.
- **Support in Ad Creative and Strategy Development**: Collaborate in the creation of innovative ad strategies and creatives.

**Requirements**:

- **Familiarity with Facebook Conversion Ads**: Exposure to managing moderate budgets in Facebook ads.
- **Eagerness to Learn A+S Campaigns**: Willingness to develop expertise in Advantage + Shopping (A+S) campaigns.
- **Good Command - English**: Effective communication skills in English.
- **Suitable Laptop**: Must own a high performance laptop capable of handling ad management tasks.
