**Job Overview**: As a Media Buyer, you'll strategically plan, manage, and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to maximize ROI and drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, launch, and optimize media buying campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and optimal return on investment (ROI).
- Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient ad spend.
- Develop and execute strategies for scaling successful campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with the creative team to test and optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
- Prepare detailed performance reports to present to the management team.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in digital media buying.
- Strong expertise with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media channels.
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or e-commerce industries.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns with measurable success.
