**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategize, launch, and optimize **Facebook ad campaigns** to maximize **CTR, CPA, and ROAS**.
- Implement and troubleshoot **Facebook Pixel, CAPI, and event tracking** for accurate data analysis.
- Monitor **funnel performance, customer journeys, and attribution models** to refine targeting.
- Conduct **A/B testing** on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for conversion improvement.
- Provide **detailed feedback on video ads, graphic design, and ad copy** to enhance engagement.
- Work with **GHL (GoHighLevel) CRM** for automation and lead nurturing.
- Optimize budgets to maximize **ROI** while maintaining **low CPA and high conversion rates**.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years** of experience in **Facebook Ads, media buying, and performance marketing**.
- **Strong English communication skills** for providing clear feedback on creative assets.
- Strong technical expertise in **pixel tracking, analytics, and audience segmentation**.
- Experience with **GTM, Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and retargeting strategies**.
- Proven success in **lead generation, CTR optimization, and campaign scaling**.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with **GHL (GoHighLevel) CRM** for automation and campaign management.
- Knowledge of **landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)**.
- Familiarity with **Zapier, API integrations, and automation tools**.
