**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA), and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Track budget pacing and ensure campaign profitability.
- Report performance insights weekly/monthly to internal teams or clients.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in media buying or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of targeting strategies, retargeting, funnel structures, and attribution models.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple ad accounts.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
- Understanding of UTM tracking, pixels, and conversion APIs.
