**Job Title: Paid Media Executive**

**Job Summary**:
As a Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Your role involves staying up-to-date with industry trends, analyzing data, and leveraging insights to enhance campaign performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, is essential to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Planning and Strategy**:

- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Identify target audiences and determine the most effective channels and tactics for reaching them.
- Set clear campaign goals and KPIs.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing page strategies.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
- Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of paid media efforts.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
- **Stay Current with Industry Trends**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, new advertising platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously assess and integrate innovative paid media strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful paid media campaigns.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- **Communication and Teamwork**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
