**Role**:
Content & Social Media Executive
The Content & Social Media Executive will focus on creating and managing high-quality content with a strong emphasis on customer relationship management (CRM). This includes developing and executing social media and multi-channel communication strategies, managing marketing campaigns, writing content for blogs & various platforms, and analyzing campaign performance.
Qualifications include a degree in communication, English honors, Marketing or related field, proficiency in social media and CRM tools, strong communication skills, creativity, and multitasking abilities.
**Major Responsibilities**
1. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms and other communication channels.
2. Develop and implement social media and multi-channel communication strategies to align with business goals.
3. Monitor social media and CRM accounts, engaging with users to increase brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
4. Analyze social media and CRM campaigns and activities, providing regular reports with key metrics and recommendations.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and CRM best practices, trends, and technologies.
6. Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publication of content.
9. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
10. Support event planning and execution through multi-channel promotion.
**Experience**
1. Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and CRM tools.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Familiarity with social media analytics and CRM tools.
7. Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
8. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
9. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
