Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business objectives and enhance brand awareness.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Monitor social media channels for feedback, comments, and engagement; respond promptly and professionally.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize them for performance.
  • Analyze user metrics and campaign results using analytics tools; prepare regular performance reports.business.
  • Collaborate with influencers and execute community outreach for promotional activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, and marketing managers to ensure high-quality content and messaging.
  • Maintain a secure database of account credentials and ensure brand consistency in messaging and visual identity

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns (1–3 years preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.business.
  • Proficiency in social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Creative thinking and ability to produce engaging content.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of paid advertising and influencer marketing.

Job Type: Full-time
