As a Facebook Ads Specialist at Growth Driven Digital, you will take the lead in designing and managing impactful Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns that effectively enhance the online presence of our clients' businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a Facebook Ads Expert, ensuring the optimization of campaigns for the lowest possible cost per result and a positive overall return on investment (ROI) on a daily basis.
- Skillfully implement and verify pixels to guarantee accurate campaign tracking.
- Develop comprehensive Paid and Organic Social Media campaigns from scratch.
- Fine-tune ad copy and landing pages to optimize paid search engine marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Display excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Proactively devise, execute, and refine creative strategies to consistently drive high-quality leads, enhance traffic, and boost visibility.
- Remain informed about emerging techniques, strategies, and shifts in the landscape to experiment for improved client outcomes and campaign achievements.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Possess a minimum of 1+ year(s) of experience in online marketing.
- Showcase expert-level mastery of Facebook advertising, with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Facebook Business Manager.
- Deliver swift turnaround on Facebook Ad campaigns, spanning creative development, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
- Exhibit problem-solving prowess and the capacity to analyze results, offering tailored recommendations to clients based on their individual outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, along with adept proofreading, writing, and editing skills to ensure precision.
- Familiarity with various third-party platforms such as ClickFunnels, MailChimp, and similar tools.
- Display exceptional written, verbal, and virtual communication skills that facilitate effective interaction.
- Demonstrate a firm grasp of Funnel Marketing strategies and the psychological nuances of tailoring advertising to the customer journey.
- Exhibit commitment to ongoing education and training, keeping abreast of the latest developments, rules, regulations, and strategies within the Facebook platform. This dedication ensures seamless ad execution, implementation, and ultimate client success.
