Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Facebook Ads Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, optimize campaigns for performance, and drive engagement through innovative advertising strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Manage PPC campaign strategies across various platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Twitter Ads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on media buying and media planning initiatives.
  • Optimize conversion rates through effective A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Oversee budgeting for ad spend across multiple channels while ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEM, and e-commerce to leverage new opportunities.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Tag Manager and DoubleClick for effective campaign tracking and management.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Advertising and social media management.
  • Proficiency in performance marketing strategies including affiliate marketing.
  • Experience with PPC Campaign Management across various platforms (Google AdWords, Bing Ads).
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools to enhance online visibility.
  • Excellent budgeting skills with an ability to manage ad spend effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on conversion optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEM practices, and e-commerce strategies.
